The Role:

Athona is undertaking an Apprenticeship Scheme for individuals looking to gain an insight into the recruitment industry. Successful candidates will be working within a busy sales environment and reporting to a Business Manager, working on a rotation across each department, supporting Athona employees in a timely and professional manner.

The Person:

You will be well presented, reliable and self-motivated with an excellent telephone manner. A passion for work combined with the ability to develop your skills is essential for the successful applicant. Computer literacy is crucial as certain tasks will be carried out within Microsoft applications as well as our bespoke candidate database.
