Client Liaison Officer

Due to the expansion of our Healthcare team we are seeking an experienced client liaison officer with a proven track record, preferably with direct health experience. Athona are an approved Government Procurement Solutions (formerly Buying Solutions) supplier of Health Professionals to the NHS in the UK and have a number of exclusive Tier 1/Tier 2 service level agreements in place. The Role:
To maintain and develop relationships with SLA’s in place, continuously strengthening relationships to become the Recruitment Consultancy of choice within the NHS buying solutions framework (equivalent to a preferred suppliers list).
Maintaining internal data base with current vacancies, ensuring the incoming vacancies are posted accurately and efficiently to the internal system which feeds through to the company internet site for advertising as well as distributes to the internal Recruitment Consultants.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proactively making outbound calls to SLA clients an allocated regional area to develop relationships and establish what live vacancies they have
• Deal with inbound calls from SLA clients, dealing with queries etc
• Posting vacancies from SLA clients from allocated regions on internal system
• Posting adhoc vacancies that come through
• Support with invoicing administration
• Deliver high levels of professional customer service to all clients and candidates
• Any adhoc duties deemed reasonable by the company
