
Receptionist/Administrator
Athona Ltd was formed in 2003 in response to a demand for honest, reliable and professional recruitment solutions. Focusing on specialist recruitment in the hospital doctors, allied health and education markets. The role of Receptionist / Administrator sits within the Administration team who support all areas of the business.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator who will alternate between Administration Support and Reception duties. Working half of the day on reception managing a busy switch board, meeting and greeting visitors and maintain a professional image at all times delivering high levels of customer service being the first point of contact for the business. The other half of the day will be spent supporting the Administration Team with all aspects of general administration.
The role is full time, Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm.
Key tasks of the role:
• Manage busy switch board
• Opening and distributing post
• Supporting admin team with filling, formatting CV’s adhoc duties
• Ensure all visitors sing in and out
• Order stationary ensure office supplies in general are replenished
• Deliver high levels of customer service both to internal and external customers.
Experience / Skills required:
• Administration and reception experience highly desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Proactive approach to work – ability to use imitative to support team
• Excellent written and spoke English – imperative
• Microsoft office literate
• Highly organised
• Excellent telephone manner
