Trainee Sales Executive
£16-18k + commission and benefits

We require new trainee sales professionals to join our well established teams to support the development of our business throughout 2012.
The Role:
You will begin your role as a trainee recruitment consultant within one of our divisions; Doctors, AHP or Education.
Key responsibilities of you role will include:
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients – involving some cold calling and face to face meetings
- Developing relationships with new and existing candidates – involving cold calling and arranging for candidates to register with Athona
- Ensuring all candidate registration forms and documents are completed and that candidates have had the necessary compliance checks before placement
- Matching candidates to vacancies, confirming bookings with candidates and clients
- Achieving daily KPI’s and monthly sales targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have a proven, evidence based track record of sales
- Work with high levels of professionalism at all times
- Be a self-motivated, target driven individual
- Extremely strong work ethics and high expectations
