Having been awarded Quality Mark Status since September 2009, we are pleased to announce that we have passed re-accreditation with a fantastic score of 100%.
Business Manager for Education said:
“I am delighted that my team have achieved 100% in the Quality Mark Audit for the second year running.
Our clients and candidates will continue to feel safe in the knowledge that when they work with our team, strict clearance checks will have been met prior to placement. This enables us to safeguard and promote the welfare of children through correct recruitment practice, which is also essential for Ofsted inspections.
Congratulations to the support team, this accreditation is only awarded if the highest level of excellence is maintained throughout the year. A very fitting way to end our fifth year.”
The Quality Mark was launched in 2002, as a joint initiative between the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC), to help improve and drive standards within the sector. It sets minimum standards for recruitment agencies and Local Authorities to reach in the way they recruit and interview supply teachers, the way they check and manage performance and the way they stay at the forefront of changes in the education marketplace.
