Each of Athona’s leading industry sectors is driven by directors and business managers, who lead their team in achieving their sales targets. They are the driving force behind their team’s success and, through sharing their industry knowledge, they offer an unrivalled level of support to their recruitment consultants.
The recruitment consultants are the front line of our business. It is the responsibility of the recruiter to consistently achieve sales targets and strive to increase revenue whilst adhering to the necessary framework agreements in place to ensure that they deliver the highest possible levels of customer service and work in a professional and ethical manner.
In order for Athona to meet regulatory requirements, our candidates must be deemed as compliant prior to being placed in a job. It is the responsibility of our compliance team to ensure that the candidates are compliant and remain compliant during their employment with us.
To ensure the smooth running of the operations, we have support functions in place to support the sales staff.
The finance department is responsible for managing the finances of the business, raising and paying invoices, as well as processing our weekly and monthly staff payroll.
The marketing team is responsible for promoting Athona, online and offline, and to attract, retain and convert candidates. All internal and external communications are the responsibility of the marketing team, including the company website, e-mail marketing, PR, event management, advertising and social media.
The human resources department is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new staff, ensuring that training is arranged and delivered to all employees as well as continuing their development. HR offers managers and employees support and advice in employment matters and maintains company policies and procedures.
