At Athona, we invest heavily in developing and nurturing employees to help them become the best in their area of specialisation; we believe this helps strengthen our business for the future.

Trainee Scheme

If you’re ambitious, money orientated and looking for a prosperous career, you’re the kind of person we designed our Trainee Recruitment Scheme for.

The continued success of our business starts with matching the right people to the right jobs. That’s why Athona has launched its Trainee Recruitment Scheme, to do just that.

Our employees today are an integral part in us achieving our successes of tomorrow. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are determined to succeed to join us on that road to success.

Athona’s Trainee Recruitment Scheme offers candidates an excellent opportunity to begin a career in recruitment. Starting as a trainee recruitment consultant, you will join one of our well-established teams working alongside some of the highest performing consultants in their sectors. Your training at Athona will begin the minute you join. Our induction plans for all employees will quickly help you feel part of the company. You will receive ongoing support and training to get you up to speed and once you have mastered the industry sector, secured new clients and found new candidates, you’ll be well on your way to recruitment success.

Once you have proven yourself as a trainee, you will be promoted to a fully-fledged recruitment consultant. Thereafter, if you put the hard work in you will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure, career progression and recognition in our monthly sales meetings by the managing director.

If you have the determination to get ahead, we certainly won’t hold you back. We offer a wide range of career opportunities for high performers who want more out of life. So if this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, apply now for immediate consideration.
