The recruitment consultants and sales teams are at the front line of our business. It’s their responsibility to achieve sales targets and strive to increase revenue, all whilst adhering to the necessary framework agreements and regulations.

We have stringent guidelines in place to ensure they deliver the highest possible levels of customer service, whilst continuing to work in a professional and ethical manner on a daily basis.

Our support teams are the backbone of Athona and continuously support the sales divisions. Our support teams include; Administration, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, IT and Marketing.
