Further to recent correspondence regarding the forthcoming changes to the IR35 legislation, we are pleased to confirm that Athona will be running an additional payroll on Wednesday 5th April 2017.
What this means is that candidates who submit their timesheets to us by 11am on Monday 3rd April 2017 will receive payment on Wednesday 5th April 2017, a day before the new off-payroll legislation comes in to effect.
However, due to the volume of timesheets we expect to receive, any timesheets received after 11am on the 3rd April 2017 will be paid at the post IR35 rate and, where applicable, will be subject to tax and NI.
