Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist to work with a private client supporting with their level 2 rehab service for men. This part-time locum position is based in a Manchester, with proposed 15 hours per week which can be split across the working week to suit work/life balance.
The role is set to begin ASAP and will be ongoing offering an hourly rate of £34.78-£38.65 per hour Please note that this position is inside IR35 and will have to be paid PAYE
To be eligible, you must have experience up to band 8a and be available asap with ability to commute to Manchester.
Essential
Experienced band 8a psychologist.
Experience of inpatient Mental Health setting.
Ability to work autonomously and supervise the practice of a FT Assistant Psychologist.
Experience of completing clinical assessments (risk assessments, cognitive assessments) and developing formulations (individual and systems/teams based)
15 x hrs per week (can be split across the working week to suit work/life balance).
Experience of delivering brief psychological interventions
Experience of supporting MDTs to deliver a psychologically informed approach
Experience of dual diagnosis working (substance use)
Desirable
Experience of personality disorder, autism, ASD alongside general mental health diagnosis.
Experience within a rehabilitation setting
