You will be joining our nursing team as a client relationship executive which has seen significant growth in the last few years, and has big plans to continue growing.

Client relationship executive role:

We are looking for a client relationship executive to contribute to developing and maintaining effective relationships with our existing clients and to help establish new business. You will work directly alongside the business development manager and collaboratively with our team of skilled recruitment consultants to ensure the needs of our clients are fulfilled. You will be a dedicated point of contact for our clients working in partnership with them for continued growth for the business.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be an effective communicator and welcome the diverse nature the role presents – it would suit an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys forging close relationships and has the ability to manage multiple tasks. At the same time, we will provide you with the training and support that you need to hit the ground running. Do you have the following?

  • Ideally 12 months experience gained within a client facing, customer service or sales role
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Drive and determination to achieving KPI’s and meet targets
  • Confidence in making outbound calls
  • Capacity to be a brand ambassador to represent our highly regarded reputation
  • Resilience and commerciality
