Day Β£25.00
Night/Saturday Β£28.00
Sunday Β£32.00

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to join the team at St Mary’s Hospital, Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a community setting, working closely with patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
βœ”οΈ Administering medications (oral, SC, IM, insulin)
βœ”οΈ Palliative care management, including syringe drivers & symptom control
βœ”οΈ Catheter care (male, female, suprapubic)
βœ”οΈ IV therapy & wound/leg ulcer management
βœ”οΈ Supporting CHC assessments & Doppler training (desirable but not essential)

What We’re Looking For:
βœ… NMC Registered Nurse (Band 5)
βœ… Experience in community nursing
βœ… Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential)
βœ… A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.

Qualification and experienced is preferable.
