Job description:
Athona’s Nursing division is currently recruiting for an agency Band 6 Nurse for a block booking, with an opportunity based in Bermondsey and Rotherhithe. You will be working days shifts as a band 6 RMN for an NHS Trust. As part of this role you will be responsible for ensuring that patients electronic records are complete, administering and monitoring the side effects of medication according to the NMC pofessional standards, understand and implement safeguarding procedures in a community setting, recognise and address concerns about the physical health needs of service users with long conditions (diabetes, asthma etc).To be personally responsible and professionally accountable for a caseload as part of the community team and lead and manage the work of others required.
To be considered for this post applicants will need:
- Enhanced DBS
- Community experience
- NMC pin
