This is a permanent and full-time position for a skilled and compassionate psychiatrist. As a Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing care to patients through a virtual platform. The majority of referrals are focused on ADHD symptoms, allowing for a niche practice that can significantly enhance earning potential. Ability to cater to ADHD patients is essential for optimising income opportunities and building a robust patient roster.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for patients via telehealth appointments.
- Provide medication management and adjustments as necessary, in collaboration with patients and their primary care providers.
- Offer therapy and counseling services, utilising evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in the field of psychiatry and telehealth.
Salary: $550,000 – $700,000 (circa £278,000 – £350,000)
