Job description
We’re currently recruiting for a new permanent General Adult Doctor in Psychiatry. This position will be working for an outstanding Private Hospital based in Wales, working in an open rehabilitation service, covering 40 male and female beds split across 4 wards. There is no on call requirement in this role and the proposed start date is as soon as possible.
To be eligible for this position, you will need the following:
- Full GMC registration
- Experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams
- To be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- To have had an appraisal/RITA within the last year
- At least 3 years’ experience in Psychiatry
- Experience working as a doctor within a general adult, rehabilitation or forensic setting
- MRCPsych (desirable)
- Section 12 (2) approval (desirable) or willingness to work towards
- AC status in Wales (desirable) or willingness to work towards
