Job title: Healthcare Assistant – Band 3
Grade: Band 3
Location: Urgent Treatment Centre’s at multiple sites across Havering locality
Hours: Ad-hoc basis, Long days / Nights
Salary: £13-19 per hour
To be considered you must have recent NHS experience (6 months minimum) and be living and working in the UK.
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant we would require you to be competent with the following:
– Observations
– GCS/AVPU
– NEWS/PEWS
– ECG
– Urine Testing & HCG
– Blood Glucose Testing
– Snellen Chart / Visual Activity
– Wound Care
– NHS Smartcard holder with experience in SystmOne or Rio patient record systems
– Plaster of Paris (desirable)
– Removal of Stitches/Clips (desirable)
– Splints/Slings (desirable)
– Phlebotomy/Venepuncture (Desirable)
