Athona is currently recruiting for a full time Learning Disabilities Speciality Doctor in Psychiatry on a substantive basis. This position will be working for an NHS Trust in the North East of England. Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week. Salary is based on the NHS pay scale and benefits. The proposed start date is as soon as possible but 3 month’s notice will also be feasible.
Benefits;
– £8,000 Relocation package + £3,000 extra for taking on an inpatient role.
To be eligible for this role we are looking for someone with:
- A full GMC license to practice in the UK.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Psychiatry.
- At least 6 months of recent employment on a Learning Disabilities ward.
- Section 12 approval is desired.
