Job Description
Athona’s AHP division is currently recruiting for a new locum opportunity based in the East Midlands. You will be working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist for an NHS trust. The unit is specifically for patients with a diagnosis of dementia and delirium and have been discharged from the acute setting for further rehab and discharge planning. The role will consist of completing initial physiotherapy assessments, setting ongoing rehab goals, carrying out ongoing treatments, liaising with other healthcare professionals and colleagues.
The role will be commencing ASAP for a minimum of 3 months with a view to extend.
In order to be considered for this post applicants will need:
- HCPC registration
- recent NHS experience
- enhanced DBS
- right to work in the UK
