We decided to establish an Advisory Board initiative in 2020 to better understand the customer journey that our clients and candidates go through to access the services from Athona. This has allowed us to improve where necessary our service and embark on new offerings. The opinions of our clients and candidates is paramount to us growing.
We started our Advisory Board initiative with the healthcare side of the business in 2020 and in 2021 are launching an Advisory Board specifically related to our clients and candidates who work in the education sector.
So what have we learnt so far?
During our initial Advisory Board meeting we came away with a vast amount of feedback that we have been working on throughout 2020 and into 2021.Accessing tailored support, not just for your career, but all aspects of your life; e.g advice from industry experts. Attending events that would allow you to earn CPD points.Enhancing our commitment to customer service through better understanding our candidate journey.Giving you easier access to find jobs on our website and enhancing the engagement of our content.
We have already started partnering with industry experts to offer our clients and candidates advice on areas of interest, for example, financial planning advice.
Now we’re in the process of gaining our CPD accreditation, which will allow our customers to gain CPD points for attending our events.Throughout 2021 we will be looking at our customer journey and a project team is in place to drive this forward over the next year. This will include looking at all touch points that our customers have with Athona.
