How it works
Simply recommend a colleague to us and once they have worked through Athona^, you will receive the following:
- £500 for every doctor (Rebrand promotion, limited time only)
- £250 for every allied health professional
- £200 for every nurse
- £100 for every healthcare assistant

- Refer and earn only available to candidates registered with Athona.
- Refer and earn only applies to transactional placements.
- Cash bonus (or voucher equivalent) will be issued the week after your referral has completed hours required.
– 200 hours (Consultant doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare assistants)
– 300 hours (Specialty Grade & SHO doctors) - The bonus for permanent workers is received 3 month after the referral has started their position.
- If you receive a cash bonus, you will be subject to NI and tax deductions.
- If you choose to receive vouchers, these must be available to purchase online.
