Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a luxury care home committed to creating a world where everyone feels special.

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience
Position: Senior Care Assistant – Nights
Hours: Full Time – 7:45pm to 8:00am, every other weekend
Setting: Luxury Care Home
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care promoting independence and dignity.
- Lead and support Care Assistants throughout the night shift.
- Administer medication following competency training and company policy.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support care planning, reviews and clinical documentation.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous Senior Care Assistant experience within a care home.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Medication administration training and practical experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- A compassionate, values-driven and resident-focused approach.
