Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a developing specialist Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) service in Shropshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing a therapeutic, trauma-informed service supporting young people who are at risk of, or have lived experience of, sexual exploitation.
Working collaboratively with the National Clinical Lead and other regional Clinical Leads, you will lead a small multidisciplinary team and support the development of psychologically informed practice across residential homes and schools.
Salary: £57,000 – £67,000 per annum, dependent on experience (approximately NHS Band 8a equivalent)

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and develop a small multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Provide clinical supervision, line management and reflective practice.
- Develop relational, trauma-informed and strengths-based clinical practice.
- Oversee psychological and specialist risk assessments and recommendations.
- Lead team-based formulations and develop clinical intervention plans.
- Support implementation of clinical plans across residential and educational settings.
- Collaborate with professionals, families and wider services supporting young people.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with care-experienced children, young people and/or sexual exploitation.
- Experience within residential care, CAMHS, inpatient or complex mental health settings.
- Confidence supporting young people experiencing significant distress and risk.
- Experience or interest in supervision, leadership, reflective practice and service development.
- Strong skills in formulation, consultation and multidisciplinary working.
