Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join a specialist adolescent mental health service in Surrey.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 13–18 with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. You will manage a clinical caseload, coordinate occupational therapy provision and deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions, while providing clinical guidance and supervision to junior team members.

Salary: £47,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time
Setting: Adolescent Mental Health / Inpatient
Location: Charlwood, Surrey
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Manage and coordinate occupational therapy treatment plans for young people.
- Complete occupational therapy assessments and identify individual therapeutic needs.
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to occupational therapy assistants.
- Maintain accurate records of rehabilitation, progress and treatment outcomes.
- Deliver staff training programmes and support effective multidisciplinary working.
- Develop living skills, rehabilitation and educational opportunities for young people.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least three years’ post-qualifying occupational therapy experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs.
- Experience supervising and managing junior occupational therapy team members.
- A full and clean UK driving licence.
