Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a well-established residential service supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
The service provides personalised, meaningful activities both within the home and the wider community, with a strong focus on promoting independence, dignity, equality and positive outcomes.
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance and operational performance of the service, while developing a positive culture where residents and colleagues can thrive.
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Position: Registered Manager / Home Manager
Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Setting: Specialist Residential Care Service
Location: Brede, East Sussex
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Lead the service with warmth, professionalism and strong person-centred leadership.
- Manage budgets, resources and operational processes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, statutory, health and safety requirements.
- Oversee care documentation, records and care plans to ensure best practice.
- Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing care team.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovative, person-centred support.
- Promote independence, dignity, inclusion and positive outcomes for residents.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous management experience within a residential care environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
- A resilient, flexible and positive approach to leadership.
