Job Title: Band 5 Community Vaccinator

Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Community Vaccinator to work with an NHS client of ours within their School Aged Immunisation Service in Oxfordshire. This locum position is offering 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 08:30–15:00.
The role is set to begin ASAP, with the end date currently TBC. This role is offering an hourly rate which is £20 per hour. Please note that this position is inside IR35.
Job Role:
· The post holder will work within the School Aged Immunisation Service, providing immunisations to young people across schools throughout Oxfordshire.
· The post holder must have previous experience of administering immunisations and working with young people.
· They will be required to travel independently to schools, including locations that may be remote and have limited or no access to public transport.
· The post holder will work as part of the immunisation team to provide a safe and effective vaccination service to young people.
Essential for the role
· Experience of administering immunisations
· Experience working with young people
· Enhanced DBS
· ABLS with paediatric modifier training in place
· Ability to travel independently to schools, including remote locations where public transport may not be available
· Availability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:00
