Athona Medical Recruitment has been named a finalist in the Small Business Award category of the first regional 2013 Excellence in Supply Awards initiated by Wrighton Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust and NHS North West Procurement Development.
The awards aim to recognise and reward contribution supplier’s make to the delivery of excellent patient care. The team at Athona Medical have supplied locum doctors to the region since 2009 when they experienced a shortage of experienced doctors. After successfully demonstrating our ability to deliver high calibre compliant acute and mental health doctors, and delivering savings Athona Medical has become the agency of choice for many Trusts within the North West.
