Description
Athona is currently recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to undertake 1:1 shifts in Essex. This is an ad hoc opportunity offering flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends.
Job Role
Provide 1:1 nursing care and support to a patient.
Monitor and support the patient’s mental health and wellbeing.
Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team.
Essential for the role
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Current NMC registration.
Ability to work flexibly across ad hoc day, night and weekend shifts.
Experience providing mental health nursing care.
