Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a RMN to work with an NHS Trust in Essex. This full-time locum position is based in a Essex, with proposed working hours of Mon-Wed 9-5 and then half day on Thursday.
The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 3 months weeks initially offering an hourly rate of £27 Per Hour Please note that this position is inside IR35
To be eligible, you must have mental health experience and be a car driver. Previous experience within a similar role is required. Must be able to reliably commute to and work from Essex as there is no working from home. Would also need to be able to start ASAP.
The post holder carries responsibility of being the duty person of the day, assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care for service users who are referred to the service for Assessment/Treatment. They will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and work in close co-operation with health care-based professionals. They will be responsible for the maintenance of standards of care within the Specialist Community Mental health team and actively participate in the training and education of staff seconded to the service. In addition, they will also be responsible for ensuring that an integrated assessment and treatment service is provided to the clients and ensure that a good inter-disciplinary working environment is maintained.
