Job Title: Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

Description
We are currently seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work with our NHS client in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to support caseload management and duty cover within the service.
The role is available for an immediate start, continuing until January 2027.
Job Role
Support the management of an outstanding caseload of patients.
Provide duty cover and respond to service needs.
Support the delivery of effective mental health care and patient support.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate patient records and relevant clinical documentation.
Contribute to effective care planning and risk management as required.
Essential for the role
Relevant professional qualification and registration for the role.
Experience working within mental health services.
Experience managing a clinical caseload.
Ability to provide duty cover and respond to competing priorities.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Availability to start immediately and work until January 2027.
