Clinical Lead – Children & Young People’s Services
Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare service supporting children, young people and their families.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically experienced professional who can combine strong clinical expertise with service development, quality and governance responsibilities.

Position: Clinical Lead – Children & Young People’s Services
Hours: Full-time, flexible working available
Setting: Multidisciplinary CYP Healthcare Service
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid options)
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Provide clinical leadership across growing children and young people’s services.
- Support clinical quality, governance and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of CYP clinical pathways.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across developing services.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to clinicians across growing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, outcomes and patient experience.
- Support service development during a period of organisational growth.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Significant clinical experience working with children and young people.
- Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental pathways and CYP healthcare.
- Previous clinical leadership or service development experience.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Relevant professional registration within a CYP clinical discipline.
