Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare service supporting children, young people and their families.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically experienced professional who can combine strong clinical expertise with service development, quality and governance responsibilities.

Setting: Multidisciplinary CYP Healthcare Service
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid options)

Your key responsibilities will be;

• Provide clinical leadership across growing children and young people’s services.
• Support clinical quality, governance and evidence-based practice.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of CYP clinical pathways.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across developing services.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to clinicians across growing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, outcomes and patient experience.
• Support service development during a period of organisational growth.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

• Significant clinical experience working with children and young people.
• Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental pathways and CYP healthcare.
• Previous clinical leadership or service development experience.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Relevant professional registration within a CYP clinical discipline.
