Position: Night Nurse
Hours: Full Time – 7:45pm to 8:00am
Setting: Luxury Care Home
Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Your key responsibilities will be;

  • Act as Named Nurse for allocated residents and review care plans monthly.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams on shift.
  • Manage medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond effectively to clinical emergencies across the home.
  • Support governance through audits and quality improvement activities.
  • Promote resident choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions to practice.
  • Previous nursing experience within care or comparable settings.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A compassionate, values-driven and resident-focused approach.
