Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service supporting adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).
This is an opportunity to oversee a small, person-centred service where you can make a genuine impact on the lives of the people you support while leading and developing a dedicated team.
This role would suit an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, driving quality improvements and creating a positive culture where both residents and staff can thrive.
Salary: Competitive salary DOE
Position: Registered Manager
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Setting: Residential Learning Disabilities / Prader-Willi Syndrome
Location: Hastings, East Sussex
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Lead and inspire the staff team to deliver exceptional care.
- Maintain CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance of the service.
- Ensure person-centred care plans remain current and effective.
- Drive service improvement and quality initiatives.
- Support recruitment, retention and staff development.
- Promote independence and community integration for residents.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous management experience within adult social care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Experience managing staff performance and development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care delivery.
