Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service supporting adults aged 18-65 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex needs.
This is an opportunity to oversee a well-established service while making a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support through high-quality, person-centred care.
As Registered Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of service delivery including quality, compliance, staffing and financial performance, whilst leading a passionate team committed to achieving positive outcomes for residents.
This role would suit an experienced leader who thrives in a rewarding and fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting autistic adults to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your key responsibilities will be;
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
- Manage service budgets and operational performance.
- Oversee person-centred care planning and reviews.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, retention and staff development.
- Promote independence and community engagement.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspections.
- Experience within Autism or Learning Disabilities services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.
