Job Description
Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two specialist residential services supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities.
This is a unique opportunity to manage small, person-centred services where you can have a direct impact on the lives of the individuals you support whilst leading and developing a dedicated care team.
The services support adults with varying levels of need, including individuals who present with behaviours that challenge, requiring a proactive, positive behavioural support approach and strong leadership presence.
As Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall operational performance of both services, ensuring excellent care standards, regulatory compliance, financial performance and positive outcomes for residents.
This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into multi-site leadership.
Salary: Competitive salary DOE

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Setting: Residential Learning Disabilities & Autism Services
Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Lead and inspire teams across both residential services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and company standards.
- Manage budgets and service performance.
- Oversee person-centred care planning and reviews.
- Support recruitment, retention and staff development.
- Promote independence and positive outcomes for residents.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
- Previous management experience within adult social care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspections.
- Experience supporting Autism or Learning Disabilities services.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
