Job Description

Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Therapy Services Manager to join a specialist mental health hospital providing high-quality inpatient care. This leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a multidisciplinary therapy team, drive service development and quality improvement, and work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in shaping therapy services, supporting staff development and ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and patient outcomes.

Salary: £61,800 – £66,950 per annum (depending on experience)

Position: Therapy Services Manager

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Specialist Mental Health Hospital

Location: Roehampton, Greater London

Your key responsibilities will be;

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary therapy team.
  • Ensure safe, effective and evidence-based therapy services.
  • Support staff through supervision, mentoring and appraisals.
  • Drive quality improvement and service development initiatives.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical or therapy teams.
  • Strong operational and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.
  • Experience managing budgets and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
