We are looking for an experianced Ward Manager to lead a nursing team and provide high-quality care and support to people with within a Mental Health private hospital within Essex.

Duties:
As a Ward Manager, you will provide Clinical Management and Leadership of the full nursing team on the Ward, this includes being a highly visible role model and mentor to the nursing team.
You will have responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care. The role will act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support from a nursing perspective and oversee and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources.

Essential:

A relevant nursing qualification
NMC registration
A proven track record of effective nurse leadership including a minimum of 3 years senior nurse experiance
A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate

Annual salary of £47,300 to £53,700
