Client Liaison Officer
The Role
Athona is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join our sales team to assist in servicing contracts with a selection of NHS Trusts in the UK. Working within a busy sales environment and reporting to the Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and day to day communication, acting as a single point of contact for a number of key clients. You will be expected to support the senior recruitment consultants in their day to day activity and ensure that all job requests are actioned in a timely, professional manner.

Receptionist
The Role
Athona is seeking a receptionist to manage a busy switchboard and the general appearance of the reception area. Reporting to the Administration and Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner, opening and distributing post, managing company stationery and filing. Part of the receptionist’s role is to also support the administration team with basic admin duties such as new registrations, updating CRB's, sending CRB's and to occasionally assist the Compliance team and carry out any other general office duties as required.

You will be well presented, reliable and self-motivated with an excellent telephone manner. A passion for work, combined with the ability to develop your skills are essential ingredients for the successful applicant.
