Hours: Full Time Contract shifts available Monday to Friday 12-8pm (30 min break), Weekends 8am-8pm, or 8am-4pm, 12-8pm

Rates: £13.50 per hour

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Healthcare Support Worker looking for agency shifts in the Essex area? We’re working with an outstanding NHS Trust to recruit an individual to work full time on an contract for 3 months minimum. Successful candidates will need:

  • Full drivers licence
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Access to SystmOne and training
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Recent and relevant experience working in a similar healthcare setting

You will be managing a delegated, defined group of patients with complex needs, including a wide range of physical disabilities as well as cognitive, perceptual, and mental health problems. Carrying out and monitoring treatment programmes and care plans as directed including personal care. Forming part of an interdependent multi-disciplinary team helping to ensure that their input is integrated into the patient’s overall care & treatment plans. Promoting the recovery of patients and maintain their independence in the community. Modify intervention as needed depending on risk assessment, the situation and own skills and knowledge. Refer to the registered nurse for support and advice ensuring that they are aware of any modifications made.
