Job Description
Are you a social worker looking for an exciting new locum position? We’re working with an outstanding NHS Trust who is looking for an individual with HCPC/SWE registration with experience in mental health join their team as a care coordinator.
You should have a sound background of working in a Community Mental Health setting and Care Coordination within CPA.
The ideal candidate will have recent NHS experience, enhanced DBS and must have right to work in the UK, alongside a driving license and access to car for business purposes.
