FAQ

As an on-framework agency, our anaesthetic jobs offer negotiable rates of pay based on your level of experience. An anaesthetist SpR could earn £60+ per hour, for example, rising to £80+ per hour at associate specialist level. The specific pay range for the position you’re interested in will be displayed on the respective job description page.

Becoming an anesthesiologist first requires you to complete an undergraduate degree in a related medicine field, followed by foundational and postgraduate training that qualifies you for a career. Once you have then chosen your specialty, you’ll receive subsequent levels of hands-on training that will give you real-world experience in helping patients and working in a healthcare setting.

Anaesthetic nurses are a vital part of patient care, and work alongside their medical colleagues to ensure patients receive the best level of care possible. This could involve administering general anaesthetic, monitoring vital signs, and providing pre-surgical and post-surgical care and assessment.
