Job description:

Athona’s Nursing division is currently recruiting for agency RMN for contract work, with an opportunity based in Nottingham. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions for service users experiencing complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and facilitating access to support services and resources. Additionally, you will contribute to risk assessments, care coordination, and crisis management, ensuring that service users receive timely and coordinated care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting recovery and well-being in individuals with mental health challenges.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 months with a potential to be extended.
