As a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist working for an NHS Trust in the North West of England, your proposed hours will be Monday – Friday, 9-5 37.5 hours a week in a adult inpatient ward. This role is a full-time position and will commence on 1st March 2024 to 1st September 2024 initially. To be considered for this role, applicants will need full GMC registration, an enhanced DBS, Section 12 and AC Status.
Responsibilities of the role
When working in this post, you will be overseeing 12 beds, predominantly caring for working age patients. The role is supported with one full time middle grade doctor and 2 trainee doctors.
Who you’re working for
The services provided include, community nursing, health visiting and a range of therapy services. Wellbeing services provided include smoking cessation and healthy lifestyle services. The Trust specialises in secure, perinatal, inpatient and community mental health and learning disability services, including services for children and young people.
