As a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist working for a private trust in Yorkshire and Humber, your proposed hours will be 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9-5 in a General Adult inpatient ward. This role is a full-time position and will commence on 8th April 2024 for an ongoing period. To be considered for this role, applicants will need full GMC registration, an enhanced DBS, Section 12 and AC Status.

Responsibilities of the role

When working in this post, you will be overseeing 14 beds, predominantly caring for female patients in a acute mental health service. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for individuals who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. You will be supported by a full-time Specialty Doctor and MDT.
