As a general Adult Consultant working for a private hospital in the South East, your proposed hours will be working Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 in an inpatient setting. This role is a full time position and will commence ASAP for 2 months initially with a rate that can be negotiated by us to your preference. To be considered for this role, applicants will need full GMC registration as well as taking RC responsibility for a 15 bed Female Acute Ward. This has no on call and 40 hours per week. There is a weekly ward round, the role is supported by a capable advance nurse practitioner, who effectively takes on the tasks usually done by a ward level junior doctor. The covering RC needs to pick up all MHA roles.
