In this time of uncertainty during COVID-19, the country are depending on the NHS and agency staff at an increasing capacity, so we want to reassure you we are continuing to provide you full support, guidance and regular updates when they are available.
Your health and safety as always is paramount to us, however if you have any additional capacity to pick up shifts in alternative specialties, wards or locations, please do let us know. As you know, NHS hospitals are in need of extra help and support during this time so any work you can pick up is greatly appreciated.
This extends to psychiatrists who may be seeing a reduced workload and are able to work in an acute hospital setting, as well as doctors looking for long-term work closer to home so they can care for loved ones. For doctors, we’ve noticed surgery, anaesthetics, gastroenterology, rheumatology and dermatology lists and clinics are being reduced or cancelled.

In these unprecedented times I am working to provide clarity and as much information as possible to you, our candidates. After the statement on Wednesday, 18th March by Education Secretary Gavin Williamson, I wanted to provide reassurance to you that my team and I will be doing everything possible to provide support and guidance during this challenging time.
