What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day for me is supporting the recruitment consultants with compliance needs.

What tasks do you complete on a day-to-day basis?

Chasing documentation, booking face to face interviews and supporting sales staff.

What’s your favourite part about working with Athona?

My favourite part is working with my team.

What is your proudest achievement so far?

My proudest achievement so far is making a nurse compliant within 3 days and winning the support person of the month.

Is recruitment what you thought it would be?

Yes it is.

What is the best bit of advice you’ve been given? 

Always do your best and never give up.
