Can you tell us a bit about your role over the last ten years and how it has changed and developed?

I started working at Athona as an experienced Recruitment Consultant, at that point our nursing division hadn’t been established yet. It was a challenge for me as at the start there was a lot of work and focus require to getting up and running. Our founder, Stewart, gave me the motivation to keep working hard and I remember telling him that I wanted to be a part of the success of this company, and I believe we have achieved great success since launching the nursing division. Over the past 10 years I have worked my way up to become  a team leader for the London and Essex areas.
